  • Cut the romaine lettuce into shreds and cut the tomatoes, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
  • Sauté onions in a skillet at medium-low heat.
  • Place the sub roll in an iron skillet over low heat. Let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Then cut the sub roll in half and add the tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, onions as well as bell peppers.
  • Include Monterey Jack, Cheddar, and Provolone cheese layers on top of the vegetables.
