- Shredded Romaine Lettuce
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Mushrooms
- Onions

- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Provolone Cheese Slice
- Sub Roll
Recipe
- All the vegetables should be washed using lukewarm water.
- Cut the romaine lettuce into shreds and cut the tomatoes, mushrooms, and bell peppers.
- Sauté onions in a skillet at medium-low heat.
- Place the sub roll in an iron skillet over low heat. Let it simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
- Then cut the sub roll in half and add the tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, onions as well as bell peppers.
- Include Monterey Jack, Cheddar, and Provolone cheese layers on top of the vegetables.
- Set the sub roll over the stove for one minute so that the cheeses melt.
