Ingredients
- Four large potatoes
- 6slices of bacon that have been chopped
- Amedium diced onion
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of chopped, diced chives
- 1tbsp Salt
- 1 1 tbsp black pepper

Making Process
- In a cast iron skillet, heat and add bacon pieces to cook on medium heat until it begins to crisp.
- Take the bacon out after it’s cooked and then put the onions in the bacon’s drippings and sauté until they become translucent.
- In a saucepan, add four potatoes sliced along with chicken broth.
