  • 1 can 1 can(15 1 oz) kidney beans drain and rinsed
  • 1. Can (15 1 oz) tomato dices (with juices)

  • One small bell pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust according to your preference)
  • 1/2 TSP black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
