Ingredients
- 1 sub roll
- 12 OZ of beef roasted in hot sauce
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup cooked onions
- 1/4 cup bell peppers grilled
- 1/4 cup au jus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Making Process
- Use a cast iron skillet and olive oil to saute onions and bell peppers until they are tender and caramelized.
- Add the sliced thinly cooked beef in the cooking pan. Cook for about 4-6 minutes.
- Remove the beef roast and then add it to the roll that has been toasted it in the beef flavors.
